Senior Digital Graphic Designer
Location: Remote (US-only; Eastern-standard hours)

Summary/Objective
We’re seeking a Senior Digital Graphic Designer to be a strategic visual storyteller and digital specialist, responsible for driving brand growth through trend-forward, performance-optimized creative. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will lead design execution across all digital touchpoints—site, email, SMS, social, and paid media—with a focus on creative innovation, conversion, and visual impact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing Director to concept and execute digital-first creative that pushes brand expression forward while aligning with business objectives.
Design high-impact ecommerce experiences, including site assets for homepage, PDPs, landing pages, promotional modules, and UI components—optimized for performance and responsiveness.
Approach design with a solutions-oriented mindset—integrating feedback efficiently, leveraging AI tools for rapid iteration, and consistently aligning creative decisions with business performance goals rather than personal preference
Integrate AI and generative tools into design workflows to accelerate output, support ideation, and prototype new concepts.
Create trend-aware, conversion-driven email and MMS campaigns that clearly communicate product and brand stories.
Develop dynamic, thumb-stopping creative for paid and organic social, leveraging video and emerging platform features.
Take initiative to support and advance creative development—proactively writing headlines, proposing visual concepts, or generating layouts to keep projects moving forward.
Ensure all creative deliverables are strategically informed, visually elevated, and optimized for performance across channels.
Maintain organization of working and final design files, delivering production-ready assets to site, growth, and marketing teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative with campaign objectives, UX strategies, and brand voice.
Participate in creative reviews and apply feedback with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Stay ahead of digital trends, ecommerce innovation, and creative performance insights—bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table regularly.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
5+ years of digital design experience in a fast-paced ecommerce or direct-to-consumer environment
A portfolio that reflects sophisticated design sensibility, strong storytelling, and fluency across ecommerce, CRM, social, and paid channels
Deep understanding of user behavior, visual hierarchy, conversion-driven design, and responsive UX/UI principles
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work with and optimize AI-powered creative tools for design and content creation
Strong familiarity with paid media formats, best practices, and creative testing strategies
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, while being adaptive and flexible in support of urgent business needs
High attention to detail and ownership over brand quality and creative accountability
Confident communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
